Halloumi & Ricotta Lessons

And it has begun! A dream come true for Karen, to teach cheese making.

We have teamed up with the Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology to bring a range of cheesemaking classes. We have started with Halloumi & Ricotta, with our classes quickly becoming fully booked and the feedback better than we could have asked for. The short courses are running twice a month and will move from fresh cheeses such as Halloumi, Feta, Ricotta, Mascarpone right through to beginning farm house colbys in the New Year. A completely hands on experience with only limited spaces, means that you get a personalised experience from either Karen, Chris Fortune ( our NMIT Tutor ) or Rhi.
