A semi-creamy semi-soft cheese with a vein of nettle running through it.  This cheese has an earthy, savoury taste. 

A great compliment on a cheese platter with fruit or accompanied by a good red wine.

Ingredients: fresh pasteurised whole milk, culture, vegetarian rennet, nettle, natural salt.

Best served at room temperature. Store at 2–4°C
