A mild, semi-hard cheese, with an elastic, soft texture. 

The Tadmor Valley cheese is a great all-rounder.  Full bodied & nicely balanced with a depth of flavor. Enjoyed with beer, cider or wine.

Ingredients: fresh pasteurised whole milk, culture, animal rennet, natural salt.

Best served at room temperature. Store at 2–4°C
